My sisters and I recently needed to put Mum in for a long weekend for respite. A member of staff came to give Mum her Covid test at home, and straight away, I felt we had chosen the right home.
They set us up on a WhatsApp group, so my sisters and I knew what was happening, and also a family group and sent pictures and videos of Mum while she was in there, which was very comforting, as she seemed to be very happy. What a lovely place and all the staff I met were great; the team leader was extremely helpful.
